busy day at PTC sydney we had a few clients walk in for personal training..
Lachlan Orthogonous from this forum dropped by - Who started training 7 months ago at home had an issue with his spine (genetic) and was having issues with his hips on the deadlift. Christian asked him to do low bar squats and this worked in his favor.. He managed to do 2 personal bests on the squat (+15kg) and the deadlift (+15kg). He missed a PB bench (+10kg)

Trent - Did deadlift hitting 180kg
Joe - Conditioning curcuit with tyres and prowler
Christian - did squats today light day
Sara - Deadlifts and squats (80kg for 3)
Ned - Came into try out his lifts and see if he needed any adjustments
Fion - Did an assessment on her 3 lifts ready for the PTC SYD powerlifting comp
yeah thats why she signed up for a full year here.. she was deadlifting more than some of the guys at her old gym and they were 90kg bodyweight from what she told me..
I dont mind people yelling or screaming.. if your lifting near your max.. Go for your life..
Tell Stipe to get his arms over the stone when loading.
Lifting it from his lap with arms under will most likely cause bicep issues when he gets into the heavier stones and they start to slip.
Arms under is more for shouldering lighter stones.
Bro gym is looking pimpin! - might be down in syd in a few weeks and i'll pop in and say gday and have a arm session...........whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaat

Christian - Did shoulder work and bench Trent Y - Did bench testing his maxes. He pulled off an easy 140kg with more to come Sarah - Deadlifted Tara - Came by from PTC brisbane and did some deadlifts and strongman lifting with the stones getting to the 75kg stone Zaja - Speed deads 100kg and over Chris - Deadlifts and military press followed by farmers walks with 200+ kg's
