Ptc Sydney - Whats been happenin

Wingnut - his Australian

Ankle mobility and tight ass hammies. Should have seen the ass tuck on him 2 weeks ago lol

cheers Trent

Matty came in with his older brother Raymond Raad with no clue about gyms or lifting 12 weeks ago.

Smart kid but as most 13 year olds still shy insecure socially.

We had him try and do a bench/squat/deads..
There was no co-ordination in him to do any of these.

For weeks it was goblet squats to boxes and bodyweight pushups (he could only do 1 pushup) dumbell rows.

over time with persistance and determination.

These are his current lifts 12 weeks later.

Things are looking brighter for this young one. Well done matty!!

Lets see if he can go 100/55/100 at the comp this sunday

Thanks grippy

The young fella plans to play footy soon. Depends if it doesnt intrude with his schoolwork (parents have the final say)

Can a total newbie fit into this gym? Looks great but a bit intimidating

Head on down ZRach....

Don't be intimidated... It's a great place to train with a very positive atmosphere...

Give Trent a call...he's a good guy....just keep him away from maccas cheeseburgers and you'll be fine....

Yeah man get on down and take a look. And yeah dont be intimidated mate, everyone is a noob at some point. The best thing you could do for yourself is learn the right way the first time, and trent will help you take care of that.

Ptc's may look intimidating at first but is the most friendly environment u will get anywhere.

Everybody is supportive as they share the same goals

I still remember my first night there...... uncomfortabubble!!! But when you meet everyone it's second nature

Alright. I am convinced I'll check it out tomorrow. What's the best time to be there?

Give Trent a call through the day for a good run down and visit( Trent - 0421 790 933), the gym opens at around 330pm and is fairly quiet up to 6ish then takes off after then.
