200kg deadlift is a great milestone but thats come a long way since the garage.

300kg is the new 200kg.

Once upon a time 200 was the bench mark but every new recruit at ptc is pulling that now after a few months.

I thought 220 was it now? LOL

its going to take Alooong time to hit that number of ever


BUt its about the journey for me currently. If i hit 250kg one day in a few years time so be it. All worth the time and effort.
