* Matt was in early for his workout. Making good progress. Benched, UDLed plus some.
* Mafia trains with Matt. After rolling himself out he benched and did assistance work.
* Ricky and Johnny smashed it out early because Ricky had bouncer duties at a mates birthday lolz.
* Sal came in for the first time, joined, Dan took him through his assessment. We'll see Sal twice a week.
* Kim also came in for the first time, joined, I ran him through his assessment, then some GPP work. 12 months ago Kim did a squat program for the first time, went from 120kg to 180kg in six weeks. Hes 31 and weighed in at 130kg. For the forst few months we are going to get that weight down and get him conditioned again.
* Spencer deadlifted to 100kg for reps, benched 60kg for reps then headed out to football practice. Hes taking what hes learnt at PTC and training his football team.
* Yianni brought the boom with 10 rep squats, bench press, UDLs and prowler work. Also benched 115kg @ 65kg.
* Perry did a big session. Week 9 of his squat PPP @ 170kg, Week 9 of his bench PPP @ 125kg, 80kg UDLS for a lot of reps, Rows to 100kg and a prowler complex. Perry lifted to a 162.5kg squat and 120kg bench.
* Jamie was in for his regular work, finished with lunges and the prowler.
* Kiel was in for his first session, a mate of Jamies did trap bar deadlifts, DB bench press and prowled.
* Dobrilla began her session deadlifting. We started her off with 50kgx5, too easy, upped to 70kg. She did 5x5 easily. D also MPed and finished with an impressive prowler complex.
* Bek did 20 rep squats, trap bar deadlifts, DB rown, Push Press, Tabata thrusters and a prowler complex.
* Dave Wingman is on a speed work week, starting a new program next week.
* I did bench PPP week 9 @ 120kg, felt good, benched 120kg, first time in a year, front squatted 87.5kgx3x10, Rowed 87.5kgx3x10 and did a prowler complex and junk time.
* Dan benched 115kg for a double and stopped there, incline DB press, tricep extensions, pullups, dips and a lot of other stuff.
