Ben started training with us after the GPC states 6 weeks ago, with a best of 210kg.

Matty has started really focusing on his training again. He has had a bit of a hiatus as he was doing nightshit.

Last night

Sharpy and drew both worked up to a hard single for their comp this weekend.
Sharpy benched 100kg, Drew benched 95. Both of these lifters hadent touched a bar before starting at PTC at the start of april.
Callen said if both sharpy and Drew beat him to a 100kg bench, he would give me his Eleiko bar. I wonder if he is getting worried.

Sean did some heavy box squats, and 120kg prowler runs, few sets of cleans.

Ricky squatted up to 270kg for 3 doubles, and benched 180kg for 2 singles.

Karyn pulled 65kg 3x1, this will be her opener for the deadlift comp. Done a bunch of swings ect after.

Ben squatted 222.5kg of r2 sets of 3 at around 80kg on a modified PPP.

Alex had a light squat seesion, around 185kg for 3 triples.

Neil squatted, benched, keg pressed and did yoke runs, he is a union prop.

A new lift Joe started training, he squatted 80kg 3x8.

Mike squatted 220kg, it was NOT max effort, missed 230kg.

Matt B hit his openers, as did Stephen for 3 singes. 105/185 and 105/190 respectively.

Tish squatted 80kg 3x3.

There were more..... But thats all I can remember off teh top of my head....

Last night

Matt B came in, did 50% 3x8 on the major lifts. He is doing a novice push/pull on Saturday.*

Big Justin pulled up to 185 3x3, current PB 195kg.
He will be doing nationals. He started lifting with us 4-5 weeks ago.

Michelle smoked 80kg x3 squat, after 4 sets of 3 at 75kg. Her best comp squat is 72.5kg. She is on track to smash her total PB.

Leon is in the groove now, not as shy and nervous. His lifts are looking smooth, weight is being added to the bar every session. Benched 65 3x8 and pulled 110kg 3x5 at 80kg.

Ricky pulled 3x3 at 260, 2x2 at 270.

Zach benched 210kg for 2 very easy doubles.

Loz squatted 220? 225? For a double or triple..

I pulled 285.5kg after 2x3 at 260 from a 60mm deficit.

Mel squatted 37.5kg 3x8. Her previous max.

Ghosty pulled 175kg x2. It's the first time I think I've seen him deadlift. 175kg was his PB.

A lady named Hellen walked in, asked if we did crossfit.
I explained to her that we are a serious gym, not a bunch of people flapping about on platforms with shit technique. She said she wants to get stronger on the powerlifts. Time will tell if she comes in.

Neil pulled 127.5kg 3x5, prowler sprints over 15m with 60kg on it, all under 11 seconds.
Then 220kg tyre flips x4 and 150kg prowler push for 10m. He did this 3 times.

Louise told me how much she loves the prowler.

Was a fun session.
 
Are they stretchy or hard, do you have any wraps left?.. Howmuch?

Or do you think it would transfer too much pressure to my back...

It shouldnt pressure your back to much, my back will fail first on a unwrapped squat, but considering the extra load with wraps on with a weight that would make me crumble over unwraped my back is fine
 
What Ben said. I have 2 sets left.

World records will get busted in June.
