Should have taken a picture before it went. I've had Thai Green Curry for my last 3 meals. (not take away, I made it with the good sheeet!)

Delicious.

oats/whey/nat pb x 2
panaeng curry (home made) with 250g chicken/500g potato
cottage cheese protein sludge with sf jelly

Changed my mind in the end Crappy iphone pics don't do it justice. THis was massive, I was struggling!

Panaeng Beef Curry (200g beef, 300g potato, 2 servings rice)
969 cals, 101/20/75 C/F/P

Then tried this

Dessert was sugarfree strawberry jelly with a bit of water and a cup of low fat cc. (this is half of it)
227 cals, 15/6/33 C/F/P

Don't know if you have tried this, but I make up batches of Sugar & Carb free Jelly with Sugar Free Soft drink to replace the 'cold water' part! Anytime I'm peckish, it works a treat.

nope, never heard of that. What's the point of using the soft drink? Are you then putting in the fridge to turn to jelly or what?

The soft drink is the replacement for the 'cold water' that you add to it before you put it in the fridge. The sugar free soft drink gives the jelly a much sweeter taste and a little 'kick' to it.

Aeroplane Jelly Lite -

Add contents of packet to 1 cup of boiling water. Mix to dissolve powder.
Add 1 cup of cold water (this is where I put in the sugar free soft drink instead of the water) mix and then put in fridge.

Is aeroplane Jelly Lite carb free to begin with?

Do you they use aspartame as the sweetener?

Cookin up a lamb roast!!! Been too bloody expensive for too long but Foodland had it out on special, woo hoo!!!!

did another cc jelly last night. Realised after you posted Max that I did it wrong (didn't read the packet ) Only used cold water. With boiling water then a bit of cold then 150g of CC instead of 250g it was bloody awesome. Just like regular jelly texture instead of pudding texture.

Sweet, now give it a crack with the sugar free soft drink! Might have to try adding my protein to it myself

Homemade Mcmuscles
Ingredients:
2 wholemeal english muffins
2 whole eggs
50g fat free turkey slices
25g low fat cheese
Optional: sauce

Directions: Toast muffins, cook eggs, i choose to leave the turkey as it is but you could probably cook it if you wanted to. Depending on what sort of cheese im using i either just spoon it on if its cottage cheese or if im naughty and use something else i like to melt it on one of the muffins. Slam it all together and add sauce if you want it and wallah you have yourself a tasty muscle building breakfast.

Sounds good

choc/pb proats
choc/pumpkin protein cheesecake
200g turkey breast & 400g pesto mashed cauliflower
cc/whey/nat pb "ice cream"
