lol well that has been the trend on these forum.

With the introduction of guys like MaxBrenner I would hope this would change - its refreshing to see some different insights into dieting and always good to have some healthy back and forth discussions on the forum! unlike the past.

200g salmon
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Bought a 800g tub of peanut butter today - yea I pretty much wanna eat the whole thing.

Thinking rump with salad for dinner tonight.

Tonight's dinner....several large pieces of salmon, mashed potatoes, broccoli...glass of water

Was still hungry after, so spoiled it with handful of snake lollies....who gives a rats ass?
