I have a new favourite meal..

Chicken breast cut into strips, coated with a mix of soy sauce, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, pepper and a splash of EVOO.. Cooked it in a pan (would normally bake this but don't have an oven in my apartment here in Darwin) - covered it with cheese when I put it on the plate, then put a few short rashers of bacon on top of it all and microwaved it for 20secs just to melt the cheese a bit more.. Served alongside steamed veges.

OMFG it was nice!!!

Also finally tried coffee in my protein shake .. I'm a fan. It's like a proteiny iced coffee! (Using vanilla vpx zerocarb wpi)

oh wow, pine lime splice! best ever :D

took blueberry banana proats to the next level last night for dinner

Steak with pepper and mushroom sauce. Carisma potatoes, beans and carrots in Olive Oil and mixed herbs.

Made it myself. :)

Nah not dressed, but the water was a broth flavored with the oil and lots of parsley, im sure its as simple as its sounds and maybe odd to some.

but dam it was good.

Just like Pasta and broccoli with a big ladle full of the pasta water at the bottom, Put enough Parmesan cheese and you get a cheesy broth :) miss being a kid haha

you mean stracciatella :)
We don't make it (not traditional where mum and dad come from).
But it is fantastic. Lovely dish. Get your mum to show you. it's awesome.

I love pasta and broccoli.
I love the way my nonna used to reheat leftover pasta with sauce in a saucepan so it partly gets crispy. That was fantastic.
I miss being a kid too :)
