Medium rare well seasoned T-bone (half a kilo+) plus some sauted veges.

I eat this (more or less the same way) often. Can't help it. Sometimes I get all fancy and do a homemade sauce to go with, but honestly, it doesn't even need that. Salt, black pepper, and done.

And a splash of Worcestershire sauce and sault/pepper so it had some flavour at least..lol
