hot tip: don't cook them. Just break them up and put them in hot oats. The flavour mixes through and is delicious!
Or my other fav is to put some pb (or flavoured PB) and spread it on top. Put in the freezer for half an hour or so. Can double up if you want to for a pop tart sandwich
