I have overnight oats everyday there the bomb!
I have 2 simple recipes

Protein shake recipe:
1 cup of oats
1 scoop of Bulk Nutrients whey
300ml of water
2 tsp of sweetner

Peanut Butter Oats:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of skim milk (250ml)
50ml of water
1 tbsp of natural PB
2 tsp of sweetner

Yep i've been eating oats recently used to hate them but found a nice recepie similiar to the ones above

Cup of oats 3/4 cup of milk, cooked then add:
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon nutella
- 1 tablespoon of a natural sweetner

sometimes might add in a dash of honey or yoghurt too.
 
Break-fast/Lunch/Post Workout/1st Meal of the day
10g Fish Oil
Multi Vit
1 Tablespoon Macro Greens
120g WPI

Dinner = Pizza
4 Slices Meat Lovers Thin Base
4 Slices Doube Bacon Cheeseburger Thin Base
4 Slices Supreme Thin Base
