I have overnight oats everyday there the bomb!
I have 2 simple recipes
Protein shake recipe:
1 cup of oats
1 scoop of Bulk Nutrients whey
300ml of water
2 tsp of sweetner
Peanut Butter Oats:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of skim milk (250ml)
50ml of water
1 tbsp of natural PB
2 tsp of sweetner
Deffinatly keen to try some overnight oats.
Will probably start with...
MILO FLAVOURED OATS W/ ALMOND MILK, NOM NOM NOM
Havnt tried almond milk....might have to give it a crack...
almond milk is DA BOMB. best best ever.
always make my shakes with almond milk and my oatmeal!
