Yep i've been eating oats recently used to hate them but found a nice recepie similiar to the ones above
Cup of oats 3/4 cup of milk, cooked then add:
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon nutella
- 1 tablespoon of a natural sweetner
sometimes might add in a dash of honey or yoghurt too.
Hell yeah, tuna and a little rice for my next meal, can't wait......having a big glass of water to try and keep a little full and bloated so it isn't too bad...
