Yeah i just had a green salad with tomato, as there was enough carbs in the wrap thing and beans.... bloody nice though, might have to make these again VERY soon.
 
Xtreme shock was xtreme alright....xtreme shit house....cant go past redline rtd pre-workouts...best I have ever had!
 
KungFooGoo threw some 1/2 scraps together... Thats Nando's lemon and herb sauce for those playing at home....

Lots of chocolate banana protein bread with smashed bananas, Chobani yoghurt and walnuts on top after KB training this morning

Chocolate + Bananas = happiness :D

1/2 cup oats
milk
choc casien

Mix it up last night...kept it in the fridge all night...warmed it up this morning with a little greek yogurt and honey....some of the best oats ive had!

Will def be leaving them over-night more from now on...

Going to try cutting up some apple and putting it in the oats with cinnamon mixed all through...leave that over night...gigitiy igiggity

Hey Joel, you might like this for overnight oats (with ya protein thrown in for good measure, as we do):
Overnight, No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal -- A healthy breakfast made in mason jars in six different flavors!!
