Ingredients
140g toasted hazelnuts
40g raw cacao powder
20g unflavoured micellar casein (or choc/vanilla)
155ml coconut water (or almond/hazelnut milk)
1 tsp vanilla
sweetener to taste (I use 1 Tbsp maple syrup or 1-2 medjool dates cos stevia etc totally sucks with this)
Place the hazelnuts in a food processor and process until it becomes a paste (hazelnut butter). will take a little while.
Add the other ingredients and process until smooth.
Check for sweetness as this depends on your preference.
Store it in a jar in the fridge for several days (I've kept it for 5 days ok).
I treat white bread like the plague, but garlic bread is the absolute shit.

I have slightly modified Kev's diet he did for me.. still losing weight, strength is going up, still leaning out and eating one meal i thoroughly enjoy a day.
