Prawns, oysters, BBQ octopus, some mixed veggies and a small potatoe.

Valentines Day dinner, beats the shit out of fckn roses at $85/dozen that will wilt away in 3 days.

Not quite sure why you let yourself go Joel.

I made a promise to myself never to be fat again. I'm busting my ass off dieting and what not now so i will be lean forever. Fuck being fat again (Not that i was ever really fat anyway but not lean enough for abzzzzz!!!!!!!!):D

Havnt let myself go - diet is still say 70-80% clean - its just when Iam at home with the gf watching tv or what not I get hungry for ice cream or chips or whatever...ice cream mainly atm :p

If I cleaned things up id prob be down to 95kgs again in a few days and would only take me acouple of weeks to really tigthen things up again...
 
Amazing post workout lunch today at Three Bags Full Cafe in Abbotsford (Melb)!! Had the Baghdad Omelette - fluffy egg omelette folded over potato, avocado, yoghurt and lots of middle eastern spices.
WOW. Highly recommended when you're out and not cooking for yourself...

Cranky pants tomato sauce - went to a new cafe down the coast when I was there and honestly one of the bets places Ive ever eaten...got my dad to bring some of there tomato sauce back...

Going to try and stay away from the ice-cream tonight!
 
Breakfast:

- Oats + barley porride with nuts, seeds and dried fruit
- Eggs on toast, sometimes cottage cheese
- Scrambled eggs with feta and spinach
- Pancakes (choc protein sometimes YUM!) with cottage cheese and fruit
- Coffee/tea/chai

Morning tea:
- Yoghurt and fruit
- Water

Lunch:
- Baked beans
- Turkey and cottage cheese on toast (always use wholegrain/rye)
- Egg, tomato + cheese sandwich
- Vegetable soup
- Water

Preworkout: Oats + barley with soy milk

Post: Fruit/juice and protein shake/smoothie

Dinner: Chicken, fish, beef, pork or turkey turned into something like..
- Baked chicken and veg
- Baked fish and salad
- Porkinaese, turkeynaese, normal bolognaese
- Steak and steamed veg
- Curry
- Wine (sometimes)

Made the best post workout shake - 3 scoops van peanut butter protein, spoonful peanut butter, heaps of ice, milk/water - put it in the freezer for 2 hours...fuarrrrrk half frozen when I got back from the gym...so good!
