interesting. I've had the lemon fish oils for a while but I prefer to swig it than add it to a shake. So how did it turn out?

Not much at all just protein shakes as I have 2 wisdom teeth that are giving me hell. Going to see a specialist tomorrow. Sooo hungry.

Cooked up some protein pancakes again this morning...they were dry as fuarrrrrrk...didnt add enough water....ahhhh well still ate most of them...gotta get that protein in! :P

adding low fat yoghurt or applesauce will help with moisture also :)

I use low carb maple syrup you can get from woolies...tastes pretty much just like normal maple syrup...so good! and sometimes I will put greek yogurt on them!

Queens Maple :) Me too. Love that stuff. It tastes legit as, as opposed to most of the other choc/caramel sf toppings I've tried.

I looked for that stuff for so long before I could find it! The sugar free bit on the label is about font size 6 :p

I quite often will mix up some yoghurt/cottage cheese/cream cheese with PB&CO mighty maple & queens maple syrup. Sooooo good :D
