Have flaked out previously due to depression, moving interstate or overseas and also work/time constraints.
The work/time constraints is a bit of a misnomer as the real difficulty was finding a gym open early enough for me to train in the morning that's in a convenient location. Took me 12 months in London to find that.
What gets me back into it is the knowledge that I'm at my happiest when I strike the balance between work, fitness and play. That's not to say I'm never happy if I'm not exercising but life always seems that bit sweeter when I am [emoji2]
