Lifting during lockdown
Hey guys, I just had a question, I am finding is very hard to stick to my workouts ever since my gym closed due to lockdown. I can't really do my bench press or lateral pulldown. has anyone else come across this issue too.- brodiearek

Is there any point at all using DHEA for performance enhancement?
Two pubmed studies show a modest positive effect on strength, which I can't link due to post count - but they are easily found. Obviously it is nowhere near as potent as injectables etc, but given that it may be easier to access, is it worth a shot?- Anonymous

High Estrogen Post PCT - Blood Work

Safe to add new HCG to old reconstituted HCG?
About 6 months ago I had to travel and I left behind about 5ml of bac water with appx 2500iu of HCG. I know the HCG has lost its potency due to it's short shelf life once mixed with bac water. Am I able to add HCG into it effectively reusing the water/old HCG mix?- zeee3
