I wish I had found the site personally a few years ago - it would have made a big difference to my training - as it is I've already modified my workouts based on what I've read here. Hope to be posting for a while to come...

Hey Guys!

My name is Ryan and I'm from Brisbane.

Been going to the gym now on and off for 2 years. Have a bit more time this year so I'm going to try and get serious about trying to bulk up. My starting weight was 70kgs and at the moment am up around 80kgs but still along way to go. Have been on all sorts of supplements that seem to cost a lot of money for just the name. I know I need to get on a good diet and some good supplements and thats what I'm hear to learn about. Hopefully with the advice of many of you I can figure out just what I should be doing.

My goal is not to bulk up, as many on this forum aim for, but to get more of that chiseled look. Reasonably muscular, but nowhere near competition level.

DKD.

That then tells me that a higher training frequency with total body workouts (including HIIT) would be the way to go. Reps in that happy medium range of 8-12 is where most muscular hypertrophy takes place.

Welcome to Ausbb DKD.

Fadi.
