not particulary sure on where to start off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, as I'm not sure that one of the programs as listed in "Beginners; look here" would be suitable.
Just concerned with my level of ability more than anything. SHould I start off with something like Starting Strength? And is the book something I should be looking at getting, or just following the online version?
