Hi names Deon. Pleased to be here. Can always use good advice. My training interests in the past have included bodybuilding and anything intensely active.
I had quite a few injuries in the last 3 years and one that has seen me inactive for quite a while. I’m looking to build myself back up to support training again, my trunk and back especially.
Have a few lingering back and hip issues now but I know training will eventually have me back to my former glory. (Whatever that was). Anyway can always use any little tips and tricks you might throw my way. Cheers. Deon.
