Training: I'm just starting. Only just learning. please forgive my lack of knowleadge. I'm really just here to educate myself more on fitness and nutrition and exercises since Ive been slack these last few years. At leaset im doing something about it now beforfe i get to 100 pound. I am 5'2 and 55kg. Usually I am 45 kg so my goal is to get back to the size I usually was so i can feel myself again. I also have kids and managed to fit in a long workout everyday few hours some days, so using your kid as an excuse not to is just an excuse to me. Just like anything in life if you really wanted to do it you would make the time for it.
