Everyone who starts lifting has cut their teeth on a full body routine, well should do.
another reason for the efficiency of a FB workout...

i relation to warming up, it's not really required in a full body workout, if you start with the biggest muscle, of the lower body.
No chest warmup after squats?

exactly how doesn't singular muscle groups get boring? please explain your reasoning.

If you're doing a full body workout 3-4x a week, it's going to get like ground hog day. At least with a split, one day you're doing legs, another day you're doing pressing, another day pulling, another day core and smaller muscle groups. Allows for more variety.

You do not have to do the same exercises doing full body. Flat bench one day, incline the next. Squat one day leg press or front squat the next etc etc

Yeah, I said that in my last post, but you're mentally preparing for the same workout over and over.

Depends on the person. Many different ways to get the same result. Do what works.

I did only full body workouts for 2 years when I was starting out. Made really good strength gains, but got over them. Kind of like eating fish everyday. Nothing wrong with it, but once you've had it everyday, you can't stand it.

it may be that a change is a good as a holiday.

However, whether or not you are improving might b explained by a whole lot of factors rather than whole v split.

If ever asked for advice I'll always say, "pick what will make you want to come back to the gym" if Full/B does it, do that, if Bro/S does it, do that, if curls give you a boner, go back and curl more.

I beileve the part we overlook a lot of the time is enjoyment, doesn't have to be so calulated, "this method is 2% more efficent than the onther, so why you wasting you time?" who gives a fuck, even if your method is 10% less effctive for your time but you like doing it and keeps you comming back, nothing wrong with it, that is your ticket.

So like for like, in a calculated approach FB may be more eeffective, but if it doesn't keep the person coming back for more, than we'd have to agree that in this case it is not the more effective method.
In theory Yes, but the work needs to be done and motivation doesnt come easy, horses for courses, there is no answer this one as there are more elements involved than simply like for like.

Bro split kept me coming back for 20+ years, would I be 5% bigger now had I done FB routine, prolly, but I'm nosing any sleep over it.

Full body is good way for noobs to see the benefits of doing legs.

Often when noobs attempt splits righy away they can easily replace leg day for a second round of curls.

They can still do that training 'full body', just replace legs in the circuit with more curls or leave legs till last but say they've done enough and just walk out

Some guys just have little ankles and calves genetically. Like wrists and forearms.

The average guy who goes regulary will probably not dedicate the time and technic required to build them.

Looks good with developed muscles, like Sonny Shmidt, small wrists, small ankles, small waist and massive everywhere else, good asthetics.

I got fucken fat shins. Makes my calves look half decent but I like the small ankle, developed calf look :(
