if your making good gains using 5x5 id stick with it, i started on 5x5 and it worked great for me.Alrighty then!
Guess my question was, at this stage do you think I would make *faster* progression on PTCs program.
I'm not too phased, as you said I am still making progress. I just don't want to be at it in two years time and still have crap lifts.
