I forgot to address all the excuses you make at the end of your post.

Strong is strong.

It doesnt matter when you do each lift, the further into the session you go, the harder it gets.

Do the exercises as listed.

Going by the weights your lifting, the last thing you need is deloading, more uploading would be in order.

If I missed it and in fact you are a girl, I apologize, your lifts are excellent.

Haha no need to give me shit, you know perfectly well I ain't a chick. Haha!
But you're right my lifts are still weak; I'm well aware of the fact hence why I'm trying to change my workout plan. Keep in mind I train alone and have no one to give me any guidance whatsoever... so pretty much I'm a complete n00b.

To be honest before I stumbled onto Stronglifts 5x5 I was doing the typical generic split-bodybuilding routine bullshit with 100000x reps of easy curls etc...
So I do give that Stronglifts guy credit, and it did get my lifts up higher than it would have doing the generic gym routine.

You say I should upload? How can I upload my bench if I can't even press more than 85kg for 1 rep? It's been pissing me off...

And comparing two people is like comparing apples with oranges. Genes play a huge role.
Also as far as I'm aware the Stronglifts guy didn't start lifting seriously until he was about 22-23... the earlier you start lifting the better... gets your CNS primed while you're still growing etc...

But anyway I'm gonna give this routine a shot for a couple of months... see how I go.
I wanna be able to do at least 20x120kg squats (1 1/2 my bodyweight) by the end of this year.

Just did the beginner routine first time this morning...

I do like the fact that I'm doing both Squats and SLDL each workout. Was covered in sweat at the end of it. Will be interesting to see how long I can keep it up...

Alternatively I'm considering the Westside method. But seems a bit too advanced for me at this point.

My opinion is that the Westside approach is sensational and effective, but unless you juice up, you will burnout very quickly, we all did.

I love most of his ideas, I just modify it to suit a drug free lifter who doesnt use equipment.

We use chains, bands, speed work, boxes, assistance work, its just a different frequency.

There useful for lifters who are struggling in a particular section of a lift. Im not going to go into it as im not sure exactly of everythings purpose but ive used all of the above and I wouldnt consider myself an advanced lifter.

Is there a good piece of equipment that can cover the 6 routines? I prefer to work out by myself at home, but something tells me that i can't do all of them alone (even with a power rack). All im doing at present is using dumbells (8kg, as i have a long way to go) and i would love to be able to do something at home that is extremely focused on improving my strength and muscles.

Or is this routine pretty much required to be followed at a gym (or at least with a spotter)?

You can do all the exercises with a power rack, barbell and plates on your own at home. In fact, you only need the rack for squats and its safety bars for bench press.
