Had a couple of days off due to working late and the pissing rain. Good one yesterday before heading to the clovelly hotel for dinner & watch the chooks get cooked by Brisbane. That place is full of glamours. Grunta; would probably have a fit trying to take in such refreshing scenery! Lol

Clovelly Hotel. Overlooking Clovelly beach in Sydney's east. Favourite haunt of NRL blokes and the groupies that follow. Plus the ritzy ladies from the surrounding $ suburbs. http://www.clovellyhotel.com.au/

It's strange & I hate the saying 'turn your core on' but I really concentrate on that, and the lift feels easier and NO pain the Garry jack.
Had a run around centennial park this morning. 3.4km. 1st km felt hard but once I focused on my breathing it was a lot easier. Did it in 15.15. I felt like I was going slow, but no one went past me, I passed a few people and was trying to catch a girl about 2-300m ahead, who looked like she was really moving, but the distance stayed pretty much the same for the last 2km!
Plenty of eye candy in there, running or walking. Great park to run in for the view and the fresh air.
Doing great taurus;
I love your training routines, something I'd like to think about in the future.
Running is so good, I just can't handle solid surfaces like concrete.
3.5km run around centennial yesterday. First KM I felt tight, but eventually loosened up.
5km maroubra bay fun run coming up, want to get the legs (and lungs) ready for that!
Felt like an old man at the end of that session!! Spent today in the pool recovering! Hahah.
Good win by the Aussies too. Worth getting up at 3am for it!
