Went to the A-league last night. Sydney FC vs Central Coast at the footy stadium. Not a bad game. Took my daughter who's dying to play soccer next year. 17,000 crowd too.
Eat more mate. And make sure your sleep is in check. I know it's probably hard with a couple ankle biters. Do you think it's the fasted training? It's hit and miss with me.

This week I'm back up to 3400 calories a day. It's been steadily declining the last 10 weeks and it's finally knocked me around.
Sleep is ok, but new bub wakes once or twice a night for a feed. And even tho I'm not doing the feed, I still wake up. I have lived on 5-6 hours of sleep per night for a few years now but this last week I've really felt like I could sleep for days.
I have my ocean run/swim/run today. Will probably rest up til the weekend after this.
Each time we got in for our next lap it turned into a washing machine!!! Calm as fuck during the run, then Poseidon and king Neptune felt like a laugh and stirred it all up.
Ha! She's slept thru the night twice in the last week, hopefully that increases soon. BUT then we wake and think 'fuck, is she alright, she hasn't woken up yet' lol
Im having a couple of days off. The run/swim/run was good, felt fine, but overall I think I just need a couple of days off.
The swims were tough, you can see the two stairs I swam from, its about 50-60m. I wont train til next tuesday again, with that run/swim/run, aiming for 8 again, hopefully its a little easier, want to get 12 laps out before Xmas.
