What are you benching these days big fella? Going for numbers or TUT?

120kg for those 10-12 reps at the moment. Haven't tested a 1rm for almost a year now. Sticking religiously to the diet & program Ive been given until that 12 weeks is up. I haven't done this sort of volume on bodyparts before, its good!

Went through that twice.
Took A pre workout before hand. Didn't get any extra energy, but sweat like a man on a rape charge

Legs tonight. They are tin-fruited now. Very exhausted.

Zombie step ups 6x20/18/16/14/12/10 w/30kg barbell. Took some balance and leg work. Hard stuff.
