Ring pull ups 4x12
Tbar rows 4x12
Calves 6x12
Crunches 3x30
 
Chest and shoulders last night

Had a ROTTEN headache but punched on and got this out.

Push-ups 3x20
Incline bench 4x12
Bench 4x12
Ring dips 4x10
Arnie press 4x12
Uprights 4x12

Stopped there as my head was pounding. Cold shower and some carbs had me feeling somewhat better within an hour. Thanks for your concern
 
X-training last night

Wall handstand push-ups x 5
Triceps dips x 12
400m run

Single arm bb press x 8
1 min plank
400m run

1 muscle up
Seated DB sh press x 12
400m run

Calf raise x 30
Arnie press x 10
400m run

DB side raises x 12
Upright row x 10
400m run

Went thru that twice. Hard to start, big got a 2nd wind and felt ok.
 
Legs last night

Crunches 3x30
Zombie step ups 6x20/18/16/14/12/10
Prison squats 4x15
Lunges 4x16
Legs pumped
 
Deck of cards w/arm demolition this morning

Hearts = ez bar curls
Diamonds = seated DB curls
Spades = tricep dips
Clubs = overhead tricep rope extension

Ace = 400m run
Kings = 400m run
Queens = 21s w/25kg plate
Jacks = 30 crunches

Arms were burning. Legs tired.
 
It's a credit to you though mate, 80% of people would have thrown in the towel and gone into can't do that mentality

Thanks mate. Seeing the spinal cord injuries at my wife's work, makes me think it'd be insulting to throw in the towel with a minor back complaint like mine compared to what they go thru.
