Queen - 10 side raises
Jack - handstands
Clovelly run and swim today. 8 laps. Swim was ok, water still nice but a little cooler. Run was ok. 8x400m runs and 8x60m swims. Took the new bub for her 1st day out and the weather was perfect at clovelly today!!
Yes [MENTION=16347]BrisVegasGhost[/MENTION]; I was the biggest daddy in the maternity ward by far. Lol. I know that's not everyone's priority in that situation, but geez, some of those dads were in worse shape than my 65 year old father lol

Then decided to try a muscle up! Haven't tried in over a year now. First couple couldn't do. Then tried to go as quick as I could and the next thing I was up! Called wifey out to film the next one! Nailed that one too. Stoked. Form still sloppy but will keep at it
