Nah 110kg is a good weight/size.

I think I'll just try and get stronger and slowly leaner at this weight.

SQUAT 1.5 TIMES BODYWEIGHT X 20 - 120kg x20 - 105kg x20 (5 weeks old, starting again next week)

DEADLIFT 2.5 TIMES BODYWEIGHT - 200kg - 172.5kg - will go on Markos' 200kg DL program, which hopefully will get me this in 10 weeks

SQUAT DOUBLE BODYWEIGHT - 176kg - 170kg ( will do 2.15XBW in 9 weeks hopefully)
SQUAT 1.5 TIMES BODYWEIGHT X 20 - Not even close lol.
BENCH PRESS 1.5 TIMES BODYWEIGHT - 130.5 - 115kg (with a close grip)
BENCH PRESS BODYWEIGHT X 10 - did 90 for 7 reps last week
DEADLIFT 2.5 TIMES BODYWEIGHT - 220kg - 205 - will do it in a few weeks with a decent bar.
POWERCLEAN 1.2 X BODYWEIGHT 104.4kg - 100kg - could most likely do this now, but i dont have a decent bar/thers no decent gyms in my area.

The only one I can get so far is deadlift 2.5bw. Pulled 200@ 80kg last week. Should pull 207.5 at Easter.
I'm 20kg off the squat, and 15kg off bench. Bench is my next goal.

do you know how frustrating it is to fail on 14 chins multiple times?!!

On a side note I am hoping to combine the two bench standards, within 6months

So I can easy do I rep @1.5bw, and have done 20 at bw, so why not try for 10 at 1.5bw !!!! lol

I find it amusing how my worst lift is pullups lol

Impressive numbers Ghosty - thought you would have smashed the pullups given the rest of your lifts.
 
You guys know that Ghosty doesnt really train, he may lift weights once every 2 weeks, but when he does, he doesnt waste time worrying about sets/reps/rest/weight/form.....he trains REALLY hard, hence his results for time put in.

If he lived in Frankston, he may as well he comes down so often, his lifts would be outstanding.

At BATB2 Max lifted for the first time, he and Ghosty weighed the same.

Ghosty totalled 502.5kg and Max 450kg. Eighteen months later, Ghosty totals 505kg and Max 725kg, and Max is 10kg heavier.

Hopefully one day he'll move down
