hey i can do 1.2 x bw for powerclean... do ya need video? 96kg and 115kg clean. its 115.2kg the collars to hold weight on would be the 200gm lol
 
lol....those collars dont count sorry Brendon lol...otherwise I have to change EVERY lift total

MTFU and simply clean 120kg lol
 
Alternatively brendon could lose 166.7g of weight, bringing him down to 95.83kg, whereupon 115kg would indeed be 1.2xBW.

Go sit in a sauna and then do the 115kg powerclean again
 
The leader board is looking fairly empty people.....IS no one close to obtaining the targets, or is proof the issue, I know it is for me, I have arranged to have my bench recorded in a few weeks,
aiming for
10 @ 90kg ~1.2bw, is it better to have the biggest weight x 10, or bw (68kg) by max reps?
and doing a 115 single ~1.6bw.
 
At the end of this month I hope to tick off a few. I can already do a few but it is a matter of recording it.

Brendon is one of the most stand up guys I know, and with a brilliant technique, but his lift needs to be verified or filmed, only to keep it fair.

I am neutral, dont have a vested inrerest in this, if anybody achieves the lifts at PTC, I am happy to verify, and if its done at a comp, we have footage.

Just because Brendon is a friend, he shouldnt be exempt from proving.

I have never met Josh, but he would need to prove it as well, even though like Brendon, he wouldnt lie.

Trust me, we went down this road at ns.com, I scrapped the whole records board in the end.

Proof or verification or it didnt happen

With Joel at Powersports and Pete at SS&S, we now have 3 coaches to verify lifts in 2 states and a village lol

There is no one in QLD capable of holding a video recorder lol

SA and WA are pissweak and couldnt make the lifts anyway lol

Tasmanians dont have the internet yet
 
The only reason I said it is because there is proof in Brendon's log. He has a video if him Powercleaing 122.5kg! Tough bastard.

I will have something to contribute by the end of this month. I went and filmed pull ups and 10 x bw Bench but my camera was ****ed and it was jerky (digi cam). FARKEN!!
 
i have a video in my log. just have alook. if u want me to film it again i will and ill clean 125 just to make it more fun.

ill just wait to the hands heal up a touch

Most of the crew at PTC is now full cleaning after Eddies exhibition at BATB3
 

Reckon I could knock over one or two of these fairly soon, back at training at the end of this week (my equipment gets here end of this week).

Was surprised when I hit the gym a while back, I hadn't lifted for 12 months and did one session and could still full clean 110kg at 95kg bodyweight, my old pb was only 120kg.

Will check back in 3 months if I remember, hopefully with a few videos.

Good work to the guys whó have already achieved these feats.
