AusBB/PTC strength comp

Ah I do care about getting stronger Scotty. Just not getting fatter to achieve it.

Most pile on 10kg+ of bw and can't even still do their own bw x 1.5 in any of the lifts come comp Time.

Some guys stay the same weight and add 45kg to their total without changing bodyweight yet still look decent not like a fat fuck.

But now I'm going off topic.

Tossing up between biggest deadlift on formula or 100kg squats max reps.

Will decide a few days before it starts.

At least that's my excuse

It also doesn't make sense for a 'monthly' comp to only run for 10 days. Seeing as it's late, I don't see a problem with there being a slight overlap for the next comp.

You could end this one on say 10th September or so, and start the next one properly on 1st September. It doesn't matter if they are both running concurrently. It is only the first time anyway.

Why cant you just do the lift next time you in the gym?

They could run together though ahaha.

I did, got 13.

But I haven't benched (or even really trained chest) in months and I think I can do a lot better, so wanted the extra time haha.

Will be aiming for at least 15 reps next week, and hopefully knock out 17 or so for a video the following week.

I reckon I would be able to get 20 if I had a full month.

Dammit. Why not do another bench one... :(

I am wondering the same :( lol

Instead, of worrying about training for a challenge, maybe Scott could do the same challenges every 6 months, then there could be a prize for most improved???
