Squats - 2-3 warm-up sets of 10 reps
4 sets max reps with 10RM
Stiff leg deads - 4 sets max reps with 10RM
Walking db lunges - 3 lengths of a corridor
Leg extensions - 3 sets max reps with 12RM
Tuesday: Chest, Triceps
Incline db press -1-2 warm-up...
Monday: Legs/Abs
Squats - 3 sets max reps with 8RM, 1 set max reps with 20RM
Leg Press or Hack Squat - 3 sets max reps with 10RM, 1 set max reps with 20RM
Leg Curls - 4 sets max reps with 10RM
Standing Calf Raise - 4 sets max reps with 15RM
Hanging Leg Raise/knee raise - 3 sets max...
At the moment my routines change as in I sometimes do chest / tri or tri / bi or other combinations of split routines.
The problem I have with some is I get fatigued after my chest workouts and cant push as hard on my triceps etc.. Same for other combinations.
I tried mixing different muscles...
Alright i've always wondered, why do i always see every idiot doing the same split routine which always consists of back and bi's and chest and shoulders or chest and tri's.
What person could honestly think you will get the full benefits of a split if your going to train the main muscle which...

Walking DB Lunges for 10 steps each leg (done for 2 rounds)
TUESDAY: Incline DB Press 4x6-10

Incline DB Fly's 3x8-12
Cambered bar Skullcrushers 4x6-10...
Yesterday switched over to a new routine:
Day 1
1x 30x Chin-Ups
1x 10x Barbell Front-Squat with 45kg BB
1x 20x (10 each side) Renegade Dumbbell Rows with 5kg DB
Day 2
Same as Day 1 except with 1x 30x Pull-Ups instead of 1x 30x Chin-Ups
Rest
Plan to have a rest day every 3-4 days.
