A bloke I was speaking to the other day reckoned that you should be to row (bent over rows or pen daly row) approximately as much as you can bench, so that your muscles are 'balanced' - thoughts on this? Correct, rubbish, bro science?
Heard a P.T. teaching a noob the three big lifts. I heard him say never unrack the bar yourself when Benching as its bad for your shoulders. He told him to always get a spotter to lift the bar off/up to the start point.

After doing my 4 sets of squats, I do 3x10 on the incline leg press, but do the legs individually, not both at same time.
I don't see anyone else at the gym doing this, I feel I can train both legs equally as hard as each other, without one leg taking more load than the other.

I've been training on a touch and go basis but now want to move to a 1 second pause. I tried this and my triceps died on me.
When I do touch and go I feel it more in the chest and when I feel my shoulders round and come into the press, I rack it. Generally working on 4 sets and trying to hit 8...
Been using the leg press rather than squatting because I can actually do it without fucking my knees at the moment.
Feel it working my quads a lot more than squats which seem to work my arse and back mostly as well as killing my knees.
