So after an intense legs-day, I was completely sore and didn't seem to notice it. But today was legs-day again and I wasn't able to do any walking lunges. Everytime I got down with my left knee, the right-side of my pelvic bone(?) would hurt.

I've been doing them first up when strength levels are high.
My question is how do you warm up? I can't just use BW because it's like doing a working set straight up.

I damaged mine about 5 weeks ago, slowly getting better.
I rested for about 2 weeks then attempted 70% squat and aggrevated it, so now after reading up a bit ppl talk about 10week turnaround. im still doin upper body weight training.
