I've done bent over row on a lesser angle rowing to the lower abdomen, Pendlay style with back paralell to the ground rowing to the chest, and most recently the Kroc row (because it's what Jim Wendler reckons is best in 5/3/1).
I like them all, but has anyone noticed any particular advantage...

How do you breath during the dead lift? I exhale during the lift, using the start of the exhale as my que to lift. Gives me good power off the floor, but.. Nearly pass out at the top! Went proper dizzy today

Having issues with my hamstrings (top) it is causing issues with my deadlift.
Could also be my starting position as soon as I pull I feel it pinch/tight like it will snap at the bottom of my BUM.
I can DEFECIT and trap bar the same weight as conventional with no real issues.
