overall weakness and can't contract muscle to full force. but then, i never did gain any real strength from all the bullshit i used to do. never trained properly or could understand progression. just used to hammer the absolute fuck out of myself every gym session.
tore L hamstring in 2005 doing SLDL with 100kg.
no. did i get run over by a bus. or truck. i can't remember now. i've been to a few physois so it might have been more than 2 times i was asked that.
Looks like your in pretty good condition. When are you competing next?
strange,you dont lift that heavy.Soft?
my next competition will be the 2025 miss chronic pain classic.
transgender division.
never really did. no i don't lift at all much these days. soft? what do you mean?
Your skeletal structure, tendons, muscle etc must tear easily.soft.I was lifting tonnes upon tonnes each week and hardly got a niggle.Maybe you should check your estrogen levels.
Sweet i'll be up against you then, i was planning on getting a sex change in the next few years so its on baby!!
You'd be on heaps of painkillers aye, popping oxys like there's no tomorrow aye?
yes i have always had very soft musculature. and gain fat in hips, ass and lower back.
is that a separate blood test i need to ask for?
i have all my past blood work on file here at home, dont recall seeing estrogen ever checked on it? have had several FBE's..
thats a horror injury list and fat has nothing to do with it,guys who have multiple sclerosis or signs of it have weak musculature.Have you been checked for that?
