I started re-jigging the CMS bench program with higher percentages... now I just have to workout where I can cull some more volume from so I don't die.

so i have 14 weeks until nationals.
1 week rest/fuckaround. 13 weeks to prep.

initial thinkin is 37,37, deload, 32(whoch maxes out everything on day 2) into nats.
or should i deload between the 37's?

i just had a look through the template again. indeed makes sense to repeat week 3. the only difference to 29 for the first two weeks seems to just be an extra set here and there for the most part.

looking forward to this.
set my numbers to actual squat PR, bench ive gone higher as i can do mpre than what i got yesteday, i just fucked up the lift ha. also set DL to 220...fatigue was my limiting factor there...
probabaly wont adjust it too much for the second round.

Enjoy- and make sure you ask for help if something doesn't make sense

Thank you Mr Pritchard.

After 7 weeks between comps I set some killer PB's thanks to your KGB like programming skills.

Squat 160 - 175
Bench 112.5 - 115kg
Dead 210 - 210 but to be fair my back has been playing up and I have had to drop the rack pulls in the last few weeks of the programme.

I was completely stoked my squat has lagged for so long. Bring on 200kg squat.

Nick the Brick - aka Fluffy, lifted like a boss at our comp on the weekend.
