I had been so good I got home from work and was ready for bed than the mother in law rang as it was my father in laws birthday soon and he is goin back to wa to work and I gave in I feel guilty but I'll have to work harder tomorrow
 
oh Tregs I'm so glad .... because i got sucked in by my mamma today and my eating plan all went to hell.

it all started with talk of polenta .... and then she made this amazing chicken giblet ragu` and I figured I may as well give in to some wine and then chocolate covered coffee beans at some point. I have a vague recollection of stuff with jam....and ...

and there's always a fresh start tomorrow.

I'm calling today a "strategic refeed day" in hindsight :)
 
Lol it's always a good idea at the time but after it's a night mare lol but there is always tomorrow lol I've never tried choc covered coffee beans before I might have to when I gave my next weak moment lol . Im still stuned that I drank it's been so long lol . Bed time I think Night .

A huge bowl of choc toffee ice cream. Not my choice of flavour but it was in the fridge. It was quite good.
