Thanks ;) you too!

I need it. I very rarely flat bench with a straight bar (probably less than a dozen times EVER); it's usually incline/dumbells/smith/machine for me. Tomorrow morning I'm going in with a friend to see if I can beat my PB...

Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Once this week is out, I might actually. Damn busy week with uni and work, and this forum is taking up plenty of my spare time.

Remind me next weekend, and i'll get right on it!

Newbie to this site.

Hi all

I am new to this site, I guess I actually stumbled onto it while doing a google search, didn't know that it existed.

I considered myself a body builder about 18 years ago, I did all the training, many cycles of steroids and also the occasional clen and insulin. I have still maintained training since then but very on and off. My body has changed dramatically, I still have a lot of muscle but also carry to much fat.

I am a 40 year old at 183cm tall and 110kg, I hide my fat well when in clothes but really have been struggling to loose the fat, and really want to.

Open to ideas.

Thanks
TheDriver

Hey everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm Dom.
I'm male, 25, living in northern suburbs of Melbourne.

I stacked on about 10kg of fat when I met my girlfriend and over the summer,
before that I hadn't been really working out for a fair while due to laziness, drinking and injury. So gotta cut the fat, which I've been doing for about a month or so, then bulk it up.

Training experience - None of late. About 4-5 years back I really got stuck into an animal (self-made) training regime and piled on 12kg beef in 2 months and felt great, real solid - I want to get that feeling back!

Currently: 5'10", ~90kg, and I don't know what I lift or squat or any of that as I've never been to a gym, always have just varied my weights/exercises on my dumbells.
Would be keen to go to a gym if anyone around the 3064 is keen ?? haha

Oh and I'm into the usual stuff - cars, bikes, footy, etc.
Cheers.

Welcome to the forum

Admin here but please call me Graeme

I would like to welcome you to the Ausbb- Australian BodyBuilding Forums, Good to have you all on board. Don't forget to start your own Training Diary. Your Training Diary will help you stay motivated and keep track of your progress. When you train alone sometimes it is hard to get help, guidance, inspirtation and motivation which is where the Ausbb forums and the Ausbb Training Diaries will help you with finding others with similar stats and allow you to interact with each other.

* Click here to start your own training log (don't forget to put a link in your signature to your training diary).
* Once you have started your Training diary click here to add it to the lists (order by weight and order by age) this helps other guys find your log.

Hi All,

Signed up here in the hope of being motivated to keep fit. Have been on and off with exercise over the last few months - but working at a desk job with long hours has not made things easy. We will see how things go haha...

Cheers!
