yep, no issue :)

And no dairy issues for me so regular milk it is. I do have some almonds at home though so may have a go at making some some time.


I'm putting my almonds to soak so I can give my new Kitchen Aid blender a red hot go at it tomorrow morning.

I don't have dairy issues but I hate milk in shakes and stuff so I use almond milk....yummmmmm

Yea almond milk is fuarrrrkin good...was so good mixed with my oats...
 
Just got back from big shoulder session, Chicken breast and heaps of brocolli.

Might have to look into this almond milk business.........only milk i have is a little in my coffee, but Almond milk and oats does sound very tempting.

Yeah could be worth a go, current breakfast is 4 eggs scrambled with a sausage and some fat free sweet chilli sauce....

Trying to keep carbs pretty low for a while and drop some kg, so while i still have my strength i will continue, then i can always add the oats for some carbs nice and early in the day..

peanut butter

Melt honey/peanut butter together - add protein and oats...mix together...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm to goood!
 
Fresh bottle of organic almond milk with vanilla, ready to mix in with some oats for overnight oats brekkie :D

then what to do with the leftover almond meal....mmmmm protein cookies? almond loaf? endless possibilities ...
