Have seen them at Coles too.

Joel: pancakes are 40g protein (whatever you got, mine is choc casein), 40g orgran pancake mix, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup skim milk, tspn cocoa. (could add splenda if you want also) That's it :) Apparently, if you whisk up the egg whites first the pancakes will come out heaps fluffier. Will try this next time. Either way, these were farkin' awesome!

Wasnt sure what I could have to eat today...was in a mad rush this morning...so just got some frozen broc from the fridge ..chucked it in a bag and came to work...ended up getting some mirco rice and coles own tuna - mixed it all up...added abit of sweet chilli and soy sauce...soooooo goood....will have this for 2 meals today...

Cooked up another no pasta lasagne but added bacon, took out the mixed veggies & used egg plant instead of zucchini. Winning combo!

What I ate @ lunch

Egg white omelette with grilled zucchini, parsley and basil, chopped cayenne chilli, a splash of vincotto, and dijon mustard.
Had it with tomatoes and green salad and a slice of omega-3 protein bread.

Best part (aside from the awesomeness of the meal itself) was getting the herbs, chilli, zucchini and tomatoes from the garden.

the pic isn't great but it was fantastic.

Lunch was pizza and had kangaroo sausages for the first time. They were awesome, could barley tell the difference between normal sausages but with similar calories to chicken breast. Win win.
