Had a crack at making my own pancakes this morning, instead of from a pack...

Did 2 scoops matrix (around 45g protein)
2 whole egges
added water till it was runny but still thickish lol

Think I like these better than the packet pancakes...added a banana, blueberrie greek yougurt...to good!

Might have pizza tonight so will prob cut my cals abit during the day...

TIME TO LISTEN TO SOME TRANCE AND SMASH BACK :|

good stuff. Not too hard. That's pretty much what I do but 4 egg whites & usually add some normal pancake mix as well to give it the regular texture.

I didnt know what they would do during cooking...if they would just burn, break up or just go flat...but seemed to cook pretty much like normal pancakes...I think it was best to use matrix which is a casien/wpc mix rather than a WPI which I was going to use...

Post workout shake: In my new gangsta blender I got for a steal down the coast...$39 from $80...to good...

Nice blender big fella. Might have to invest in one myself, stab blender does the trick for now though.
What is a smoothie cube?

Lovely looking blender haha. I always thought they were pretty much the same until I saw the sparks coming out of mine when I put too much xanthum gum in the ice cream mix :P Switched after that.

Cubes are those things that you just add milk & it turns into a smoothie apparently.

You can find them at woolies in the frozen berrie/ice cream section area....they are just frozen cubes of berries/fruit etc that make your smoothies thicker/taste better.

Yea mate I needed a blender for down the coast to make my smoothies with and found this beauty for cheap as!

Chicken breast, feta and salad, lime and chilli aeoli. Massive binge on fruit earlier (strawberrys, grapes and lychees) so skipped the rice.

I haven't had pizza in about a week :(

What do yous do for your pancake mix, there must be cheaper alternatives than the 500g or 1kg single containers at woolies (haven't been down that isle in forever so I don't know whats there lol). Anywhere online or something. Also joel how you do Cookies and cream ones, that just the protein powder flavor??

Cheers
