sweet chilli/soya sauce

Post workout:

scoop whey
banana
4 smoothie cubes
handfull raspberries

Made into a smooothie...mmmmm

1 tablespoon maca

whole tub cottege cheese/whole tub greek yogurt/whole tub blueberries/choc sauce

protein pancakes/raspberries
 
Workin at my mates supp store this morning...got a new pre-workout in...going to give it a shot! 1,3 dim free aswell...thank fuck...
