I don't have any pics but I had

Chicken schnitzel S/wich with bacon, cheese, egg, lettuce, tomato and sweet chilli mayo, it fit my macros so she's right bro!

Could have eaten 2 of the bastards!!!

1 chicken breast, with onions and some sweet potato mash.

Was just about to get pizza.....but chicken and 8:30 cardio instead :P

Please tell me right now where you found this or how u made it

150 - 200g Berries
3 egg yolks
350ml Full Fat Cream
200ml Full fat Milk
1/2 cup Stevia
1/4 cup unflavoured protein(I didn't add this)
Blend then pour into ice cream maker, if you don't have an ice cream maker, blend for longer till fluffy then freeze in air tight container (when you go to eat it leave it on the bench to slightly thaw or it will be too hard to scoop out) It does taste better with an ice cream maker :-)

That is so good! It's certainly a good time of year to be smashing ice cream :)

Off to parents for dinner tonight so no idea? Have to fit some life stuff in with all this eating/exercising from time to time :p I don't like raiding their cupboards too much hehe

One thing I've noticed is people's portions of veggies seem to be so different to mine. I suppose because when I cook them I normally just do one type & lots of it. Seems odd getting a plate of food with 2 little bits of pumpkin for example.
