That sounds awesome!

I had (and will have tonight) honey/lemon/soy marinated chicken & added the last of the herbs from my BS hot jerky that I got from Mick's Jerky. Was farkin' amazing :)

Had the best meal last night that i have had in months.

Went to the butchers and got some marinated Yiros meat. Cooked it on the bbq and then added it to mixed lettuce leaves, spanish onion, low fat vintage cheese and tomato.

Then i added some tzatziki that i bought from the butchers which was "home made". Was low carb at only 6g carbs per 100g sauce.

Mixed the yiros meat in with the salad and then a couple dollops of tzatziki and i was in heaven.

I will be doing this again VERY soon :)
Sounds very tasty BigJim!

I was freezing my meals of mash potato, had no problems and they still turned out well once re-heated etc.

That's pretty much what I have everyday but haven't included honey. I just mix up my pb flavours & now I'm using banana flavoured casein.

As an alternative, bake it with skin on and them store in fridge until needed

I have about 3-4 tablespoon peanut butter, same with honey - melt in micro for 50 secs then add around 1 cup oats 1- 1/2 scoops choc protein and mix all together...either eat it right away or nice if you leave it in the fridge for an hour or so.

hmm, never tried melting the pb first.

I have no idea why but I go oats, cocoa, 1tbspn pb. Add water & nuke.

when done add another tbspn of pb (and it melts in), let it cool for a few minutes & then add protein powder. Found that my stuff clumps up if I don't let it cool for a bit. Usually add a bit of cinnamon at this stage too.

melted pb&co dark choc dreams = even better :P

actually, I was going to have a go at making my own flavoured peanut butter when I am close to running out of PB&co. Just to give it a go really.

Thinking choc/cinnamon pb.

Seriously JZ, your way to creative for your own good :D

P.S you can feel free to invite me over for a taste test of these food creations anytime :p

Banana/ pb&co dcd protein ice cream

yeah I love em. I can't stand "normal" sausages anymore. Just way too oily for my liking.

That Banana/ pb&co dcd protein ice cream is some of the tastiest stuff I've had in ages! Seriously, people need to try this & it's simple.

Take some bananas, chop em & put em in freezer.

When frozen take out and chuck in blender (I used 150g) then add cup of ice, 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein (I used banana because I have it but vanilla or unflavoured would be the go or chocolate actually) (I used pb&co dcd) 1tbpsn pb, your favourite cocoa powder and about 1/4 tspn xanthum gum. Blend up. THis will get REALLY thick. My blender is pretty crappy & it was starting to smell like it was overheating when I had finished :P Chuck in freezer for half an hour.

Enjoy the greatness that is banana/pb/choc ice cream!
