yeah, basically a shake but with frozen banana it turns into ice cream. Seriously a winner for the hotter months!

I'm over the hot desserts. Sticking to ice cream from now on :)

It's my go to dinner when I forget to defrost meat. Spices used were pepper, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, cajun seasoning. So simple. Can of creamed corn, can of tuna, .5 cup of milk or so & I chucked in some broccoli. Simmer.

ice cream maker or not?

The stuff I've been making is just the in the blender type with frozen bananas, ice, milk & xanthum gum. Works a treat. Although I think my blender is going to die soon haha.

I saw your recipe, where does xanthum gum come from?

I get it from flannery's but any health food store should have it. Guar gum is apparently the go for ice cream but I haven't noticed any difference.

My issue with my ice cream maker (if you can call it an issue) is that I can't just put it in a container & freeze it. I have to eat it all at once. Any excuse though :P

Keen for mangoes. Have to get around to trying that mango protein fluff recipe actually.
