Squats volume.
12 sets x 4 reps with 100. Easy enough. Time to up the weights again.

3 sets of hammy curls to finish off.
 
legs for me as well, worked up to squats with 115kg for 8, then some seated calves, leg curls and lying hack squats
 
yeah pretty much a seated leg press which has a movable back rest to turn it into a hack squat, a little awkward but no too bad, and at the end of a workout can go slightly lighter which makes it not as awkward...
 
glutes and core
then hanging out on my new inversion board. I think I'll watch the footy upside down :p
