mmm that sashimi looks good but ohhhhh berry proats :D

chocolate cinnamon proats with banana, strawberries and some homemade choc-macadamia butter on top :)

that looks exactly like my bowl of normal proats :) Can't go wrong!

there's no bad with the proats. Only i have to add everything in cos i use raw cacao, unflavoured wpi etc. all good.
going to make CCM special proats ... this will be good ... mango, chocolate, spicy :)

I had eggs benedict, my favourite at my friends restaurant for brunch....just a drizzle of hollandaise, minus the bread underneath....still delicious :p

Had Macdonald for first time in like a month for brunch today. Barcelona Omelette hash brown and coffee. Was awesome! Best not make it a habit haha

Mucking about making my own raw chocolate FROM SCRATCH.

Threw in some vanilla and crushed raw almonds.

major antioxidant punch in yummy treats for work tomorrow.

In for this!!!! Think ill order some choc casein from BN tomorrow.... Unless someone advises a better alternative...

I'm more interested in achieving a quality protein fluff...

OK, I use Professional Whey Micellar Casein for mine. I"ve actually never tried it with the WPI but I'm going to give that a go soon too.
The flavour is great and it fluffs up like marshmallow/mousse every time. Heaps of volume and airy.

Has never failed me yet.
